Accessing the Billing Portal

The Billing Portal is available exclusively to administrators of the account. If you are an administrator and cannot see the Billing option in your account, please contact us for assistance.

Steps to Access Your Billing Information and Download Invoices

1. Log in to Your Account

  • Make sure you are logged in with an account that has Administrator or Billing Manager privileges.

2. Navigate to Account Details

  • Click on the More option in the menu.

  • From the dropdown, select Account Details.

3. Access Billing Information

  • In the Account Details section, find Billing Information.

  • Click on Billing Details.

4. Edit Billing Information (Optional)

  • If you need to update your billing information, click the Manage Subscription button in the Billing Details section.

5. View Billing History

  • In the Billing Details section, scroll down to the Billing History section.

  • Here, you can view all previous transactions and invoices.

  • Within the Billing History section, locate the invoice you wish to download.

  • Click Download to save a copy of the invoice to your device.

  • If you want to view older invoices, click Load More to expand the list.
