Available Features in this Plan

Limitations of this Plan
Here’s a quick rundown of the features not included in the PayG Plan:
API, integrations, and webhooks.
Utility and authentication messages. Additionally, PayG accounts won't be able to access the Integrations and User Management menus, as these features are not available on this plan.
Campaign Scheduling: The PayG plan does not support Campaign Scheduling. It is only available on Pro+ Wati plans.

1. Account Management:
Number, WABA, or BMID Changes
Yes, you can.
Deleting a PayG Account
PayG accounts cannot be manually deleted.
Accounts will automatically expire after 90 days if unused.
Users have 90 days to use their welcome credits**(₹999)** before account expiration.
Disconnecting Numbers
Disconnecting the number is allowed, however:
No refunds are provided.
The request will not be transferred to the billing team since auto-renewal is not applicable.
Sign-Up Assistance
The PayG onboarding process is self-serve.
If an account gets stuck in the "Provisioned" state, users can contact support via chat or ticket for assistance in resetting the account.
2. Costs and Billing:
Marketing Conversation Costs
Only marketing messages are allowed on PayG accounts.
The cost per marketing message is approximately ₹2.
Refund of Credits
Credits are non-refundable.
Downgrading from Growth, Pro, or Business Plans
To downgrade to PayG, users must have at least ₹999 credits in their account.
