We have stopped using hello@wati.io for contacting customer support. Please email us at support@wati.io for any support/technical queries or at billing@wati.io for any billing issues.

Unsubscribe from Trial Plan

If you're using WATI Trial Plan, your subscription ends automatically once the trial period is over.

 

Unsubscribe from Paid Plan

If you are a paid user and you want to unsubscribe, you can send us an email on billing@wati.io with your plan termination request along with the details of your account (client ID, registered email, or registered phone number).
