Measure ROI for Broadcast Campaigns

This article will demonstrate on how Wati Shopify app customers can track ROI for Broadcast campaigns being sent

1. Select the option "Broadcasts" from the left menu in your Wati Shopify app and click "Create new broadcast"

2. Once done the broadcast setup page will get opened as shown below where you need to select the template message to be sent & contacts to be selected

3. Once the template message and the contacts to which the broadcast needs to be sent has been selected, need to enable the option "Enable ROI tracking" in the broadcast setup page as shown below.

Users are also provided an option to change the days of conversion event settings. By default 2 days will be selected, option to select upto 10 days is provided.

The conversion event setting days refers to days where Wati will track if any purchase has been made by any of the contacts who have read the received campaign message or clicked on the CTA button in the received campaign message.

4. Once the broadcast campaign has been sent, you can track the ROI info of the broadcast campaign in the "Broadcasts" section of the Wati Shopify App as Shown below

Analytic info for each campaign such as total spend, recipients, orders received, users who clicked on the CTA button in message, total revenue, ROI etc can be tracked.

As well as by clicking the export button details such as order no, purchased item details, order date, discount coupon applied etc can be obtained

Points to note

a. This feature is available for only Wati Shopify Business plan customers

b. To track ROI info a minimum of two contacts needs to be selected when sending the broadcast campaigns
