How do I add more agents to my account?

You can add more agents to your account using the WATI Dashboard.

Please follow these steps to add an agent/operator:

  1. On the top panel on WATI, select 'Operator Management'
  2. On the next screen, click on the 'Add Operator' button
  3. Fill in operator details and click the 'Add Operator' button

Remark: If you have met the upper limit of agents, you will need to upgrade to add more agents. Please contact
