What and how to access Flow Builder?

1. Introduction:

This feature allows us to create a no-code chatbot and can reply to customer queries in pre-defined flows.

The difference between this feature and Automation-Reply material is that: "Automation-Reply material" can only reply the single query, while "Flow Builder" can reply to customer's further query base on flow setup.

 

2. How to access Flow Builder?

Flow Builder can be accessed by clicking the Flow Builder menu (between Automation and Dashboard menu) or from the "Flows" tab in "Reply Material" of "Automation"
